Privacy Policy of the Inflateverse Store

1. The Seller collects statistical data regarding the use of the store using tools such as Google Analytics. This data is not linked to personal data.
2. The Seller collects and processes customer data necessary to fulfill an order, such as the delivery address, invoicing details, and contact information.
3. If an order is not completed after entering the data, this data will be stored for as short a time as possible, no longer than one year.
4. If an order is completed, an invoice is issued each time (including for purchases made by private individuals). The invoice is forwarded to the accounting office and to the KSEF system. For orders with shipping, address data is provided to the courier company. For online payments, information about the payment sender is stored by the electronic payment intermediary and the bank where the seller’s account is held.
5. The customer has the right to request access to their data and to request corrections, unless separate legal regulations prohibit it (e.g., the Accounting Act).
6. The customer has the right to file an objection and a complaint.
